The existing Kingsgate scheme is anchored by Marks & Spencer, and boasts an impressive array of 50 top high street retailers, including Monsoon, Topshop, Dorothy Perkins, Evans, Burton, Superdrug, Argos, GAME and JD Sports.
The High Street also supports Kingsgate’s offer with national retailers including Primark, WH Smith, River Island and Next.
This £50 million project will bring 27 new shops to Kingsgate, extending the centre to 370,000 sq ft (34,374 sq m) with 162,000 sq ft (15,050 sq m) of new floorspace. Debenhams - a new addition to Dunfermline - will anchor the new extension in a 70,000 sq ft (6,425 sq m) flagship store. New Look, JJB Sports and Clarks are also on board.
All this, coupled with first class transport and 711 new parking spaces, the new Kingsgate shopping centre is set to draw even more shoppers from across the region, strengthening Dunfermline’s appeal as the top retail destination in Fife.
